Your participants can easily travel by train or car, are welcomed personally and enjoy meals freshly prepared by our chef. You can book multi-day programmes in one go, with a fixed venue and fixed catering.

You run ten, thirty or a hundred training days a year. You want a permanent venue that’s always in order, a reception area to welcome your participants, and a space that you can arrange to suit your needs.
At Zandkasteel, you can store your equipment between bookings, choose the layout for each session (boardroom, theatre, round tables, workshop) and set your own rates via a corporate contract for a minimum of 30 days a year.

How last-minute can I book?
If necessary, on the same day. Please call before 10:00 am.
Can I change the room layout?
Yes. Please specify your preferred layout when booking. We will have the room set up and ready for you.
Can my participants go to reception?
Yes. Our reception will welcome your participants by name, hand out badges and show them where to go.
What about allergies and dietary requirements?
Please provide a briefing at least 48 hours in advance. Mr Schalkie will take care of the rest.
Can I book several days in a row?
Yes. We book the venue, including catering, for the entire duration.
What happens if I book frequently?
If you book 30 days or more per year, you’ll receive a corporate contract with your own rates and priority access to availability.
Can I book outside office hours?
Yes. Evenings, weekends and specific time slots are available by arrangement.
